Step 1
1. Prepare hard boiled eggs and chicken tenders.
2. Assemble salad ingredients in a bowl except tomatoes, eggs and chicken. Mix well.
3. Separate salad into 10 containers.
4. Divide tomatoes evenly between the containers; preferably on a separate side so salad does not get soggy. 5. An egg in half and add it to each salad. 6. Add 3 oz of chicken tenders to each salad. 7. Top with one tablespoon of your favorite salad dressing.
