Instructions
Step 1
• Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot. Once boiled, remove it from heat.
Step 2
• Add black tea bags and fresh ginger slices to the hot water. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your preferred tea strength.
Step 3
• Remove the tea bags and ginger slices. Stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, ensuring it dissolves completely.
Step 4
• Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir well.
Step 5
• Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 6
• Serve the chilled tea over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices, if desired
