Instructions
Step 1
Salt and pepper both sides of roast. Dust with flour. Sire all sides of roast.
Step 2
Cut roast into pieces. 4x's bite size (approx 2 ")
Step 3
In skillet saute onions and mushrooms. Put in crockpot with roast.
Step 4
Cover roast pieces with beef stock.
Step 5
Cook covered on High for 4 hours.
Sauce
Step 6
Remove onions and mushrooms from crockpot in skillet, some of broth. Add heavy cream, dijon mustard, & worchershire sauce, simmer for 15/20 minutes.
Step 7
Add sour cream at the end of simmering.
Step 8
Make pasta, mix together with beef. Or to control carb intake, serve individually.
