Instructions

Step 1
Saute vegitables in crockpot until lightly softened then add minced garlic and saute an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients not including noodles to the pot cook on high pressure 10 min for raw meat 15 for frozen natural release for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove lid put cooker on sauté high and bring to boil add egg noodles and simmer on high until cooked to desired firmness (about 5-9 min).
Step 4
cooker on keep warm add hot sauce and cubed velveeta cheese and stur occasionally until cheese is melted.
