4 Tbspstrawberry syrup

For the Matcha Latte

3 scoopsmatcha

1.5 ozwater

warm

ice

8 ozStrawberry milk

Instructions

Step 1

For the strawberry whipped cream, combine heavy cream and strawberry syrup in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Whisk until stiff peaks form and transfer to a piping bag. (This is optional, you can spoon the cream on top if you’d like)

Step 3

Using a matcha whisk and bowl, prepare matcha and set aside.

Step 4

In a glass with ice, combine strawberry milk and matcha. (If you like a sweeter matcha, add 1 oz. Vanilla syrup).

Step 5

Top with whipped cream and a dusting of matcha. Enjoy!
