Instructions
Step 1
Cooked 275Degrees 1 hour unwrapped and 2 hours wrapped. Followed by 30 mins to an hour unwrapped after saucing. Makes more fall off bone
Step 2
Pull membrane off
Step 3
Apply mustard for binder on both sides
Step 4
Season both sides with choice of seasonings
Step 5
Grill should be preheated to 275 degrees
Step 6
Place ribs on grill for 1 hour bone down
Step 7
Prepare 1 foil per rack of ribs with butter, brown sugar, seasoning and honey (cherry apple habanero sauce optional)
Step 8
After 1 hour remove ribs from grill and wrap in foil
Step 9
Ribs back on grill for 2 hours wrapped meat side down
Step 10
Remove ribs and unwrap. Bast with BBQ sauce
Step 11
Place back on grill for 30 minutes to an hour. Internal temperature should be close to 200 degrees for fall off bone.
Step 12
Remove from grill, cut between bones and serve.
