Instructions

Step 1
Prepare vinaigrette by whisking together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Next, in a large bowl, add the chopped lettuces, salami, garbanzo beans, olives, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Pour the dressing on top, and toss the salad very sell, so that everything is well coated with the dressing. Taste the salad and adjust the seasonings and oil/vinegar as needed. Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese and enjoy!
