Instructions
Step 1
Chop cabbage and carrot. Place in a salad bowl with salt
Step 2
Make a dressing of lemon zest, olive oil and lemon juice. Add to the veggies
Step 3
Chop shallot and saute in heated oil. Make 3 or 4 meatballs per person. Fry them with shalllt till cooked (approx 10 min)
Step 4
Place couscous in a pot with boiling water, covering 1 cm above it. Leave for 10 min
Step 5
Chop mint, coriander and spring onion. Mix with the cabbage
Step 6
When meatballs are done, add the yogurt to the pan and let it warm up. Don't cook it
Step 7
Serve cous cous with meatballs, salad and sauce
