Step 1
In a bowl combine the yellow squash, zucchini, olive oil, tomatoes, broccoli, scallions, basil, garlic, salt and pepper and allow to set while you prepare the pasta
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the directions immediately after draining toss with the cheese until it melts then toss with the veggies serve warm and enjoy.
