This is for a 1.5 lb loaf. I have copied and pasted for 1 and 2 lb loaves in my phone Notes "Recipes" folder. This 2 lb recipe rose so high the loaf pressed against the breadmaker window.

Step 1
Place into bread machine in order listed. Set your bread machine to basic white cycle, and choose the crust color you'd like (I set it to light crust) and press start. After about 5 minutes, check your ball of dough to be sure the ingredients are incorporated and not stuck to the sides of the bread pan. If the dough is sticking to the sides and bottom, add about 1/4 c more flour until it looks like mine in the video. If it looks very dry and crumbly, add about 1 Tbsp water or milk until it looks smooth. Close the lid when your dough ball looks good and let your bread machine do all the work in mixing, kneading, rising, and baking your homemade loaf of bread!
