1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line your loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. Mash your bananas into a past. It doesn't have to be a fine paste, chunky is good.

In a bowl, whisk your flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Then add in your eggs, vanilla and the mashed bananas.

Add the flour mixture to the batter and then fold in your peanuts.

Pour the mixture in to the prepared loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
