Instructions
Step 1
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and place the ribs into a deep baking pan.
Step 2
Pour in the apple juice covering the ribs, and add water if required.
Step 3
Seal the baking pan with foil and place into a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 120 minutes.
Step 4
Add all the glaze ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 5
Remove the ribs from the oven out of the baking pan and onto another baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 6
Brush some of the glaze over the ribs and place back into the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the ribs flip and glaze, and repeat until both sides have been glazed twice.
Step 8
Plate up, garnish with chilli slices and slices of sliced spring onions. Lick your lips and enjoy.
