Instructions
Step 1
Chop green onions, onion, perilla leaves and chili.

Step 2
Wash your bean sprouts, drain and shake off all the water.

Step 3
Make your sauce and mix. 1.5 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp gochugaru, 3 Tbsp gochugaru, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1.5 Tbsp gochujang

Step 4
On medium-heat, place bean sprouts until pan is fully covered.

Stack pork belly slices on top. Then add your chopped veggies (onions, green onions, chili and perilla leaves).
Step 6
Add your sauce and drizzle sesame oil on top. It will look really full at this point, but once it starts cooking, it will shrink!
Step 7
Make sure to give the sauce a good mix once the ingredients start cooking.
Step 8
Once the meat is fully cooked, top off with fresh perilla leaves and sesame oil and serve!
