Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: Preheat Your Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) . Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients
Stir in the ground cinnamon, nutmeg (if using), and rolled oats (if using). Mix until evenly distributed. Step 4: Fold in the Blueberries
Gently fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries, being careful not to crush them. If using nuts, sprinkle them over the top of the mixture. Step 5: Bake
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 35–40 minutes , or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean. Step 6: Cool and Serve
Allow the bake to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with optional toppings like powdered sugar, fresh blueberries, or a drizzle of honey. Pair with a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream for extra indulgence.
