Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in pan and add the salmon to sear on all sides. Remove salmon from pan.>
Step 2
Add to the onion, garlic, ginger and soften. Add red curry pase and stir
Step 3
Add coconut milk, fish sauce and lime juice. Simmer for 5 minutes
Step 4
Add broccoli and return salmon to pad. Spoon sauce over salmon and heat through.
Step 5
Serve on steamed rice or naan bread. Garnish with parsley or coriander.
