Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl and salt and water and mix to dissolve.
Step 2
Add roughly 20% of the flour and mix to combine

Add the yeast

Then roughly 80% of the remaining flour and continue to mix

When the mixture comes together transfer to a lightly floured work surface and knead for 5-10 Minuets, untill smooth.
Step 6
Transfer dough to a clean bowl and cover with a clean tea towel and allow to rise at room temperature for 1 hour.
Step 7
When the dough has risen divide into 3/4 portions 220g-240g each.
Step 8
If using immediately ensure the dough is at room temperature. Otherwise divide dough balls into air tight container/bag and store in the fridge for upto 24 hours.
Step 9
Stretch out your dough into your desired shape on a work surface with a good dusting of corn meal flour.
Step 10
Prick the dough with a fork all over this will prevent air bubbles during cooking.
Step 11
Cover the base with your desired sauce of choice and add your choice of toppings. Go lightly with the toppings as this can cause the base to go soggy.
Step 12
Ensure your mozzarella has been dried throughly and divide this onto your pizza.
Step 13
Pre heat your ninja woodfire grill on the artisan setting.
Step 14
Cook for 3-5 minuets.
Step 15
Remove and slice.
