For the slaw
Instructions
Step 1
1. Prepare the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. If using cornstarch, mix it in to thicken the glaze slightly.

2. Marinate: Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush them with olive oil. Coat them generously with the glaze and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.

3. Air fry: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the salmon fillets in the basket, skin-side down. Air fry for 7-9 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is caramelized and cooked through (internal temp of 125-130°F for medium, 145°F for well done).
Step 4
4. Finish & serve: Brush with extra glaze, then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with steamed rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh mango salsa for extra sweetness.
For the slaw

1. Mix the slaw: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.

2. Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Step 7
3. Combine: Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss well. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
