Instructions
Step 1
Saute sausage onion and garlic

Add tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, cook 1 minute
Step 3
Add gnocchi, stock and tomatoes
Bring to simmer uncovered for 5-7 minutes or until gnocchi is cooked and sauce thickens
Step 4
Reduce heat add parmesan and cream, stir
Step 5
Top with fresh basil and red pepper flakes
