Instructions

Step 1
First make the self rising flour In a bowl combine the whole wheat flour,the baking powder and the salt and mix well until combined then add the yogurt and mix well until it starts to form a dough adding more flour if necessary
Step 2
Then once well mixed transfer the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead with lightly floured hands for 2-3 minutes or until it starts to form into a Ball
Step 3
Then using a lightly floured rolling pin roll out into a rectangle shape just be careful not to roll it out too thin
Step 4
Once you have the dough all rolled out mix the applesauce, date sugar and cinnamon until well combined and then spread out onto the dough leaving about an inch of the dough clean
Step 5
Then roll the dough twords you and then cut into sections you should have about 5 rolls
Step 6
Then bake in a 360*f air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
Step 7
While you're rolls are baking mix the powderd sugar, vanilla and water until well combined
Step 8
Once you're rolls are done let them cool a little bit before frosting and enjoy
