3garlic cloves

2 Tred pepper flakes

170gtomato paste

60mlvodka

240mlheavy cream

25gparmigiano-reggiano

Instructions
Step 1

Cook rigatoni until al dente, reserving 1 cup pasta water

Step 2

Brown chorizo and set aside

Step 3
Sauté onion and garlic in the same pan



Step 4

Add chili flakes, tomato paste, vodka, then simmer/combine and add in cream




Step 5

Toss in rigatoni, chorizo, and parmigiano-reggiano (add pasta water as needed)

Step 6

Garnish with basil and extra cheese
