Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix milk, yeast and sugar. Mix and let sit 5 mins
Step 2
Add flour, oil, salt to the yeast mixture and mix well. Knead 5-10 mins
Step 3
In your greased bowl, let the dough sit in a warm space for about 1 hour till doubled in size.
Filling
Step 4
In a bowl, add grated cheese, favorite kind, add in seasonings of your choice, Garlic, salt and pepper etc. Mix well.
Step 5
Divide dough into 6, roll each into a ball. Roll out each ball. Take a ball of cheese mixture and roll dough back into a ball.
Step 6
Put onto cookie sheet and let rise for 30 mins.
Step 7
Roll out flat and then fry in butter (can be garlic butter). Pan fry a 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 8
Pull apart and enjoy
