Mama Pitas Fried Halloumi Breakfast Sandwich
This idea came to me one day. I love fried halloumi cheese and eggs. So why not create a breakfast sandwich! This is my own original recipe!

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the halloumi into thick slices.
Step 2
Preheat a skillet on medium heat and add a dash of olive oil.
Step 3
Add halloumi slices to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 1-2mins.
Steak
Step 4
Marinate steak the night before
Step 5
Grill steak 2-3 minutes depending on thickness of steak
Eggs
Step 6
Drizzle pan with olive oil or butter place donut cutter in the middle of pan
Step 7
Brush the edges with butter and drop in the egg for a perfect circle shape
Assembly
Step 8
assemble the sandwich: egg, steak, halloumi, and other topping of choice between a brioche bun and enjoy!
