Cantonese Baked Pork Chop

Instructions

Step 1
Beat pork chop with mallet or back of chopper to loosen
Step 2
Marinade Pork for 30 mins with salt, pepper, rice wine.
Step 3
Fry both side till browned.
Step 4
Chop onions, tomatoes in small pieces.
Step 5
Sauté garlic and onions in oil till soft but not brown. Add tomatoes, when tomatoes are soft add Ketchup, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce.
Step 6
Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Then thicken with cornstarch.
Step 7
Put together - Put fried rice in oven proof dish place pork chop on top in single layer. Pour sauce over.
Step 8
You can top with cheese if you want.
Step 9
Bake 10mins or till top is browned.
