Instructions
Step 1
Warm up the oven:
Set the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C). To make cleanup easier, line a baking pan with aluminium foil or parchment paper.
Step 2
To prepare the wings:
Use paper towels to pat them dry. To get crispy skin, this step is essential. The wings should be put in a big mixing basin.
Step 3
To season the wings:
Combine baking powder, garlic powder, black pepper, olive oil, and paprika in a basin. Make sure the wings are evenly coated by giving them a good toss.
Step 4
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Lay out the wings in a single layer, with space between them, on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Place them on a wire rack over the baking sheet for added crispiness.
Step 5
Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes in an oven that has been preheated. After that, turn the wings over and bake them for a further 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
Step 6
Optional Sauce Toss:
Immediately after the cooked wings are taken out of the oven, toss them in your preferred sauce (buffalo, barbecue, etc.) if you'd like.
Step 7
Serve:
Accompany the hot dish with carrot and celery sticks and your preferred dipping sauce (blue cheese or ranch dressing are excellent options).
