Instructions

Step 1
Add the lemon to the cavity of the chicken.
Step 2
Truss the chicken
Step 3
Add the herbs and spices to the oil
Step 4
Rub the chicken all over with the oil and spice/herb mixture
Step 5
Add the chicken to the foil and make a tent so that the breast isn't touching the foil
Step 6
Airfry Roast at 180 for 1.5 hrs. Then remove the foil and airfry at 220 adding the parboiled potatoes at the same time
