Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese and lettuce.
Step 2
Spread 2 slices bread with half the lettuce mixture.
Step 3
Cook the bacon rashers and place it on the lettuce mixture, then a slice of cheese on top of each.

Top with another slice bread spread with remaining lettuce mixture

Cut up the tomatoes, then in a small bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Pour it onto a small pan on low heat and stir occasionally. After about 3 minutes take pan of the stove.

Add some tomato and scarambled egg able the egg and place on top. Top with another peace of bread

Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles and secure with a stick

Serve with fries. Enjoy!
