Ingredients

2burger buns
fresh
4 Tbsvegan roasted garlic dill pickle cream cheese
4 leavesbutter lettuce
2 slicestomato
2vegan burger patties
2 tspevoo
2 slicesvegan bacon
4 slicesvegan mozzarella
4 slicesvegan cheddar
place until freezer for 10 minutes to get really firm, aged, white
¼ cuponion
caramelised
2 slicesbeetroot
2 slicesdill pickle
Instructions
Step 1

Heat a sandwich press, drizzle with 1 tsp EVOO, fry the V2 patties & 🌱 bacon until golden. Drizzle the rest of the oil & fry the mozzarella on both sides until golden & melting, lift onto each V2 patty.
Step 2

Spread 1 Tbs of Roasted Garlic & Dill Pickle Cream cheese onto each bun base, top with lettuce & tomato. Place thé cheesey pattie & top with 🌱 bacon. Next place the Aged White Cheddar, caramelised onion, beetroot slices & dill pickle. Spread the top buns with the rest of the cream cheese & pop on
