Step 1
Dice onion and celery, grate carrot and zucchini

Pan cook veg with Italian herbs and garlic until soft, putting in freezer to cool once done

Mix half bread crumbs and grated cheese in a bowl with chicken style or veg stock

Mix in veg with bread crumb + cheese mix

Place flour down and pull out puff pastry. Put filling on pastry, egg wash the sides and roll together.
Step 6
Placing roll on pan to cook. Cut two holes in the top, egg wash it. Put salt and sesame seeds on top
