Instructions

Step 1
Combine spinach, feta, flour, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape - drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly to form 3-4 inch rounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
