Step 1
In food processor, pulse nuts until broken down.
Step 2
Add oil and garlic and pulse until garlic is finely chopped.
Step 3
Coarsely chop basil, then add to processor until incorporated into oil.
Step 4
Pour pesto base into a bowl and add cheese. Stir to combine, season to taste.
