make 3-4 portions burritos. Leave to cool completely before refrigerating. Reheat in microwave or air fryer for a freshly baked taste. Will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

Instructions
Step 1
Add all of the sauce ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Place in the fridge to cool until ready to serve.
Step 2
Add diced turkey bacon and fry off for 3-4 minutes until crispy, remove and set aside
Step 3
Whisk together eggs and egg whites in a bowl.
Step 4
Heat a frying pan with low calorie oil spray, on a low heat. Add eggs and gently cook and scramble until cooked and fluffy. Season to taste.
Step 5
Add sauce, spinach, bacon, sausage and eggs to a tortilla then roll and toast them. Leave to cool then wrap in tin foil.
