Garlic Butter Steakbites With Potatoes

Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook until tender and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter and heat over medium-high. Add steak bites and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the steak back to the skillet, tossing it in the garlic butter. Add the cooked potatoes, toss again, and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
Step 5
Serve warm and enjoy!
