Dough

2 Tbspyeast

½ cupsugar

3 cupsflour

2 tspsalt

⅔ cuppowdered milk

½ cupbutter
melted

2 cupstap water
hot

2eggs

Instructions
Step 1
Add yeast, sugar, flour, salt, and powdered milk and mix. Then add butter, water, and eggs and mix again then add remaining flour and knead the dough in a mixer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Let it rise for approximately 30 minutes. DO NOT punch down the dough. Roll it out into a large rectangle.
Step 3
Spread melted butter over the dough, then sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon leaving about half an inch from the edge to “seal” the dough when rolling.
Step 4
Roll the dough lengthwise then cut into 18-20 equal pieces. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Step 6
Pour the double cream over the cinnamon rolls. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let sit for 3–5 minutes.
Step 7
Spread with frosting while still warm. Enjoy!
