Instructions
Step 1
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.

- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through (internal temperature of 145°F).

- In a small bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Pour over pork chops and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
