Instructions
For the Chops
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425F
Step 2
Melt butter in frying pan.

Step 3
Season pork chops with 1.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper. Sear pork chops, 3-5 minutes each side until golden brown.

Step 4
Move chops to a glass casserole dish.

Step 5
Chop onion and mushroom to desired size. Saute onion and mushroom in butter and juices. Pour saute over pork chops in casserole dish.


For the Gravy
Step 6
Grab a medium mixing bowl.


Step 7
Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, remaining salt and pepper, minced garlic, onion powder, milk and water until well blended.
Step 8
Pour blended gravy mixture over pork chops and sauteed mushrooms and onions.
Step 9
Bake pork chops in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes or until chops are done.
Step 10
Serve gravy baked pork chops with rice and favorite veggies.
