Instructions

Step 1
Prepare couscous according to package instructions. Once finished cooking, add lemon juice, olive oil, tomato and fresh dill. Optional: add feta cheese.
Step 2
Toss zucchini, bell pepper, and garlic with salt, pepper, and oil. Roast in oven for 15-20 min. Combine roasted vegetables with couscous.
