Instructions

Step 1
put all ingredients except berries in a blender. Mix until smooth
Step 2
Pour batter into small (individual sized) baking dish then add mix-in's (berries, nuts, etc.)
Step 3
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until golden on top and cooked through
Step 4
Add favorite toppings or syrup
