80mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
50gyogurt
protein, substitute with 1/2 banana

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
In a food processor, blend flour, protein, baking powder, banana, milk and monkfruit sweetener until smooth. Alternatively, mix ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3
Place 3/4 batter into a ramekin and add your filling in the middle. Slightly cover it with remaining batter. The closer to the top, the better the ooze.
Step 4
Place berries over the top and sprinkle some natural granulated sweetener.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 minutes. The longer, the cakier.
