Instructions

Step 1
start by washing and peeling the sweet potatoes (or leave the skin on for extra texture).
Step 2
Then slice the sweet potatoes into evenly sized fries—this helps them cook evenly. Place the sweet potato fries in a large bowl and lightly spray with olive oil.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and ground coriander.
Step 4
Then sprinkle the seasoning mix over the fries and shake the bowl to coat each piece evenly.
Step 5
So it is a good idea to preheat your air fryer to 200°C. Transfer the fries to an oven-proof dish and place them in the air fryer, cook for 15 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Step 6
Then check for doneness — the edges should be golden brown and crispy. Once the fries are cooked, top them with shredded ham hock and grated mozzarella. Return to the air fryer and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 7
Finally remove the dish from the air fryer and top with any extra toppings you like
