Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cupcake tin with liners. 2. Mix dry ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. Cream butter & sugar – In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. 4. Add eggs & vanilla – Mix in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. 5. Combine – Add dry ingredients and milk alternately, mixing just until combined. 6. Fold in sprinkles – Gently stir in sprinkles (don’t overmix, or colors might bleed). 7. Bake – Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 8. Cool & frost – Let them cool completely before adding frosting.
