Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in diced ham and grated cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil (or melted butter).
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Step 6
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin tin.
Step 7
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
