1 pound cake
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup whole milk ricotta
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbs powdered sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup melted chocolate
1 crushed sugar cone
In a bowl, combine mascarpone, ricotta cheese, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and cinnamon. Once fully combined mix in chocolate chips. Cut the store-bought pound cake into three layers and place your bottom layer onto your serving platter. Spread half of the filling on top. Add the middle layer of cake and spread the remaining filling on top. Add top layer of cake then drizzle melted chocolate on top and sprinkle a crushed sugar cone on top then serve.
