Instructions

Step 1
Blend graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 2 Tbsp sugar well.

Press on bottom of 9" springform pan.

Cream the cream cheese well.

Slowly beat in 1 cup sugar.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Add 1 tsp vanilla

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until set

Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes.

Mix sour cream, 3 Tbsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla
