Instructions
Step 1
Lay 6-8 slices of sara lee bread on a baking sheet lined with foil (recipe ingredients are based on per-slice)
Step 2
Cover each slice in approx. .15-.2 cup layer of sauce on each slice-usually eyeballed, pizza sauce isnt very high calorie.
Step 3
Cover each slice in approx. 15-20g serving of fat free mozzarella cheese on each slice--usually eyeballed, fat free cheese has macros almost better than my protein powder (45 cal/serving for 9g protein.) Its literally just protein
Step 4
Tear 2-3 slices of pepperoni in half (per slice) and evenly distribute--- ripping them in half makes the pepperoni go further as you get some in each bite
Step 5
Season to taste with garlic powder and salt -- crucial, this makes it taste good (Optional: literal pinch of oregano- go very light on it if used)
Step 6
Set oven to broil and cook on middle rack until cheese is just melted
Step 7
Let pizza cool and then store in fridge/freezer appropriately (i usually just take the entire foil sheet, fold it up with the pizza in it and then put that in a ziplock bag and store it in fridge)
Step 8
Heat as desired in air fryer at approx 350-380 degrees (depends on air fryer) for 3-6 minutes: basically as done as you want.
