10gpowdered peanut butter
10gall-purpose flour
6gcoconut flour
15gbrown sugar substitute
15ggranulated sugar substitute
5gbaking soda
1egg

50gcanned pumpkin
50gplain 0% Greek yogurt
15gMini Chocolate Chips
almond milk

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients except chocolate chips — make sure there are no clumps.
Step 3
Add the egg, pumpkin, and Greek yogurt. Mix until a thick cookie dough forms. Add a splash of almond milk if needed.
Step 4
Fold in the chocolate chips.

Bake for 12–15 minutes. For a softer, doughier center, bake closer to 12 minutes.

Let it cool slightly and top with anything you’d like (optional).
