Golden Milk, aka Sleepy Smoothie

Between the spices of turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon, as well as the magnesium, this smoothie is a tasty way to wind down at night. Pair this with a protein and vegetable as your carb side, and you'll be sleeping like a baby
