Golden Milk, aka Sleepy Smoothie

This anti inflammatory smoothie is actually better at dinner time than breakfast. Between the spices of turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, and cinnamon, as well as the magnesium, this smoothie is a tasty way to wind down at night. Pair this with a protein and vegetable as your carb side, and you'll be sleeping like a baby
