Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat your oven to 350*and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners and set aside
Step 2
In a bowl combine the flaxseed and water and let it sit for 5 minutes set aside
Step 3
Meanwhile in a bowl combine all the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Step 4
Then in another bowl mix all the wet ingredients and the flax egg until well combined
Step 5
Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well until combined just be careful not to over mix
Step 6
Then use a 1/4 cup of the batter for each muffin until all the batter is used up
Step 7
Then bake it in the oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean let them cool and enjoy
