Instructions
Step 1
Sautee the onion & peppers in olive oil until onions are translucent- about 5 mins. Then add in minced garlic and sautee 1 more min. Add in ground turkey and taco seasoning. Cook & combine.
Step 2
Add in tomato sauce, black beans, quinoa & water and gently stir together careful not to overfill!
Step 3
Cover and let simmer on low for 20-25 mins until quinoa is fully cooked. Serve with greek yogurt, cilantro, lime, avocado & tortilla chips (Toppings included in macros below)
