Step 1

Cut open the garlic bulb, place on a piece of aluminium foil/ backpapier, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Wrap in aluminium foil, put it in a preheated oven at 200’C. Cook for 45-60min.
Step 2

Mix the butter, parsley, 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper and chilli together with the squeezed out garlic
Step 3

Halve the baguette and brush with the butter and sprinkle cheese over it. Now bake for about 10 minutes at 200C until golden brown
