Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Put the butter in a ramekin and microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Put the measured corn flakes in a sandwich bag and crush them. Pour the crushed corn flakes into the ramekin and mix till they are well coated with butter. Using a teaspoon make a well by pressing the mixture up the side of the ramekin.
Step 4
Crack the egg into the corn flake well and bake for 25 minutes.
